Cultural Racism

Culture teaches society how to look at life and the people around them. It’s socializes people how to interact with one another and treat one another. The treatment of black people is a by-product of the legacy of cultural racism from a history of prejudice and discrimination. A black man was killed while jogging by two white citizens for nothing at all. They were told they were right initially.
